Insurance Coverage

Navigating through the insurance coverage process can be difficult and complex. Coverage of nutritional products varies depending on many things, including the type of insurance plan, the coverage policy, the care setting, patient diagnosis, and the route of administration (oral or tube-fed). Out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance also vary depending on the insurance plan. To help you better understand your insurance coverage and payment options, contact Abbott Nutrition’s PATHWAY Reimbursement Support program at 800-558-7677 (Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST) and speak with a PATHWAY reimbursement counselor.

WIC*

PediaSure products are WIC-eligible in most states with an appropriate diagnosis and a prescriber’s medical referral. Check with your local WIC agency for additional information on which products are available through WIC in your state.
